2 Nephi 29:8

8 Wherefore murmur ye, because that ye shall receive more of my word? Know ye not that the testimony of two nations is a witness unto you that I am God, that I remember one nation like unto another? Wherefore, I speak the same words unto one nation like unto another. And when the two nations shall run together the testimony of the two nations shall run together also.

I counted 9 questions that the Lord asks those who say there cannot be any more Bible.


I wonder about the Lord's use of questioning us.


He obviously knows all the answers, so His questions are not motivated by curiosity. What is the purpose for teaching doctrine through questioning?


I believe it has to do with the honest contemplation required to answer them.


We learn much through self-discovery by the Spirit and listening to truth about our current state or condition.


What does this mean for me?


I'll ask myself how I would answer certain questions- honestly.


I'm sure that bringing to the surface the honest reflection of my state will help me progress.


So grateful that because of EASTER, I can become better.
