2 Nephi 30:19

18 Wherefore, all things which have been revealed unto the children of men shall at that day be revealed; and Satan shall have power over the hearts of the children of men no more, for a long time. And now, my beloved brethren, I make an end of my sayings.

Isn't it interesting that Nephi, Isaiah, and other Old Testament prophets prophesied so much about the Second Coming of Jesus Christ in His glory, when the first hadn't even happened yet?


They, like me, must have been excited about this most wonderful time in our world's future history.


I want to always remember (and I try to continually remind myself) that I'm not (or shouldn't be) as anxious for the "Second Coming", as I am for the Savior to dwell among us.


I need to remember it's not about the event, it is about the person!


God is coming!


And I can't wait!


I watch, wait and try to prepare every day.


I wonder what I will write in my journal after I've seen Him?


THAT is something I will ponder today.
