24 Believest thou that there is no God? I say unto you, Nay, thou knowest that there is a God, but thou lovest that lucre more than him.

I love how Amulek doesn't wait for the next volley. He jumps back in, in retort, with a question of his own- putting Zeezrom on the defensive, which he likely wasn't expecting.


He also didn't wait for an answer but jumped right in with the answer of truth, just so they would get right to the truth, without Zeezrom's arguments.


Right from the beginning, Zeezrom was tipped on his heels a little bit. He's a little off-kilter now moving forward, which, I think, might have made a space for the first walk toward truth in his heart. (Or maybe that first walk was already made when Amulek delivered truth beforehand. I wish I knew.)


I love watching, moment by moment, the conversion of God's wicked, but soon to be righteous son!
