Alma 14:1

1 And it came to pass after he had made an end of speaking unto the people many of them did believe on his words, and began to repent, and to search the scriptures.

Yay! (Zeezrom among them.)

But wait- those believes, are about to suffer and be tortured for those beliefs.

Sometimes it's hard knowing how the story will end.

At least I also know how the BIG PICTURE, or the eternal story, will end for those people.

Alma and Amulek are about to have some very rough days themselves. Very rough. (I wonder if Amulek's wife and children will be among the killed.)

It's comforting, and a good reminder, that God doesn't always deliver us from our suffering- but in our suffering, He is always there.
