Alma 16:16

16 And there was no inequality among them; the Lord did pour out his Spirit on all the face of the land to prepare the minds of the children of men, or to prepare their hearts to receive the word which should be taught among them at the time of his coming

Wait. No inequality? Were they living the law of concentration? If so, then it would seem their society was more progressive than ours today in living the higher law of God. Is that true? (Just looked up this in the footnotes! It's true!)

I always love this verse so much every time I read it! God poured out His spirit (I know this is happening today) to prepare their minds and hearts to receive the word which should be taught among them at the time of His coming! 

I believe this, too, is happening today! Only we are being prepared to receive the word that should be taught as His triumphant return.
