13 For as sure as thou livest, behold, I have seen my Redeemer; and he shall come forth, and be born of a woman, and he shall redeem all mankind who believe on his name. Now, when he had said these words, his heart was swollen within him, and he sunk again with joy; and the queen also sunk down, being overpowered by the Spirit.

"As sure as thou livest" will be almost the same words his brother will say to Lamoni's father- as stated in my favorite verse in the whole Book of Mormon!

Coming up in 3 more chapters!

Those words, also, are worthy of pondering.

What kind of joy is this that renders you unconscious?! I love how the joy all comes from, or because of, the "light" of God.

So comforting to think about the power and light and glory of God. (Especially in these dark times of war.)
