Alma 21:23

23 And Ammon did preach unto the people of king Lamoni; and it came to pass that he did teach them all things concerning things pertaining to righteousness. And he did exhort them daily, with all diligence; and they gave heed unto his word, and they were zealous for keeping the commandments of God.

I've been thinking a lot about this verse lately. Dissecting it.

Ammon did "exhort them daily, with all diligence." This makes me want to magnify my calling more. I can do better there. I'll pray for help today.

The people "gave heed unto his word" I will listen to the words of the prophet today and choose one thing that I will do better today. And pray for help.

They were "zealous for keeping the commandments of God." Would I be considered in that way by others? Would I consider myself zealous? Where can I improve? I will pray to know this today.

Lots to ask God today. I'm glad He's a good listener.
