35 And now I, after having said this, return again to the account of Ammon and Aaron, Omner and Himni, and their brethren.

I wonder why Mormon chose to include all of those seemingly random details about geography, smack dab in the middle of such an intense story?


Maybe I should go back and read those last 10 verses again. Maybe there's more in there than I think.


Okay, so the proclamation went to all those people, what did it say?


Ah! Verse 35. Thanks Mormon. I'm sure that diversion had a purpose and it's up to me to discover it.
