Alma 23:14

14 And the Amalekites were not converted, save only one; neither were any of the Amulonites; but they did harden their hearts, and also the hearts of the Lamanites in that part of the land wheresoever they dwelt, yea, and all their villages and all their cities.

I also wonder why out of all those thousands of converts, there was only one Amalekite and no Amulonites? They were all Lamanites. There must be a reason for us to know that fact.


My heart tells me it has to do with a previous blessing for one's descendants- which the Lamanites are.
