Alma 9:13

13 Behold, do ye not remember the words which he spake unto Lehi, saying that: Inasmuch as ye shall keep my commandments, ye shall prosper in the land? And again it is said that: Inasmuch as ye will not keep my commandments ye shall be cut off from the presence of the Lord.

I've been noticing lately how much God and the prophets ask us to contemplate (and articulate) answers to their questions.

(I, as a teacher, should do this more.)

Apparently, we learn better when we come up with what we are learning on our own, rather than it being delivered to us, in some (most?) cases.

I'll try to be a better questioner, and more importantly, a better contemplator.
