4 Thus all mankind were lost; and behold, they would have been endlessly lost were it not that God redeemed his people from their lost and fallen state.

I always wonder how Abinadi's speech was recorded in such detail? Who recorded it? Alma?


How did he remember the hundreds of details? Even to the stretching forth of his hand at a certain point.


His speech is so long and powerful, and it influenced the rest of the Book of Mormon, I don't know how it was recorded so thoroughly or by whom, but I'm so grateful it was.
