12 And Alma and his people did not raise their voices to the Lord their God, but did pour out their hearts to him; and he did know the thoughts of their hearts.

"Did" is becoming one of my new favorite words in scripture!


It illuminates the fulfillment of God's promises.


I also love this verse- on many levels, especially the words, "and he did know the thoughts of their hearts."


I'm BEYOND grateful for what this book gives me every day! And that I have it with me always. The Spirit is always just a few words away.
