7 Wherefore, the Lord did visit them in great judgment; nevertheless, he did spare the righteous that they should not perish, but did deliver them out of the hands of their enemies.

I wonder what Amaron was like?


His few verses that he chose to engrave, out of everything he could have written, are very important. And I feel, very telling.


I believe he was a righteous man.


His father, Omni, claims to be a wicked man but I don't know if I believe he is that wicked.


Wicked people typically don't acknowledge their wickedness, but justify it, I think.


He sounds humble to me.


And someone, (he and his wife I assume) must have taught Amaron to know the doctrine of God.


I think they are all mostly good.


Like most of us I think.
